Donna is a virtual machine running on wotan managed by dcoles. It's being used as a testbed for testing out bits of networking technology (Particularly ipv6 and other networking stuff) as well as possibly running an instance of IVLE.
At present it will not work since it's LVs have been deleted to free space for other VMs.
It is named after Donna Noble (played by Catherine Tate) one of the companions of the 10th Doctor.
