text= We no longer use ecartis, and the allusers script seems to have disappeared.
The allusers list allows the tardis admins to spam the users. Hurrah.
Before any spamming, however, make sure you run (as root, on mccoy):
/root/allusers-listgen.sh
It doesn't do anything clever but takes an age because of all the LDAP lookups. The bored admin may wish to:
tail -f /var/lib/ecartis/lists/allusers/users
